Perfect choice! We had Damian and his team come do our extension. Nothing was too much trouble, all the team worked hard, were polite, professional and friendly. The build was done with care and attention to detail and despite frequent bad weather, the work was completed on time. I was very lucky to find Damian and his talented crew of building professionals. I initially wanted just one job doing, but Damian's team impressed me so much I had the following work undertaken and can personally vouch for the quality of the work under taken.
– install new kitchen and bathroom with floor and wall tiling
– 100mm external house insulation and render
– landscaping, garden clearance, trimming trees and hedges
– internal plastering and painting
– rebuild of a new fireplace
– construction of a 40sm summer house/garden office with cedar cladding
– demolition of a double garage and removal of debris
- installation of garden decking + patio
All work was carried out to a high standard, Damian’s team were very hard working. Damian is a fountain of knowledge about ALL things building related, he knows where to get the cheapest (but good quality) materials, the cheapest skips, he is a very clever guy who can always come up with solutions to any building related problems. His team includes talented brick layers, carpenters, electricians, roofers, labourers etc. Damian is a pleasure to work with, he always stuck to both timescale and budget and if things went wrong he fixed any problems as soon as they arose. He has a great sense of humour, and a natural talent for putting his customers minds at rest. I estimated I saved between 30-50% on all work I did using DSM construction and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian or his crew to others.
